Newport Estates Homeowners,

I am writing to invite you to consider volunteering to serve as a board member for the Newport Estates Homeowners Association. We currently need to fill two vacant board positions due to recent resignations.

The time commitment for this volunteer position is minimal. We meet virtually once a month, on the third Wednesday at 7:00 PM, with meetings typically lasting between 1 and 2 hours. In addition to attending the monthly meetings, board members can expect to spend about an hour each month reviewing documentation and staying informed about HOA matters.

Having served on the board for several years, I can personally say that it is a rewarding experience. It is an honor to give back to the community that we all call home, and I encourage you to consider this opportunity to make a positive impact.
