General Announcements
Dear Residents,
As we move into the summer season, the Board of Directors would like to share several important community reminders.
Traffic Safety
Please be considerate of your neighbors and help keep our community safe.
Trash, Recycling & Yard Waste Collection
Please follow the community's collection schedule:
For special or bulk item pickups, please contact Disposal Services directly at 703-441-1111 to schedule collection.
Pet Reminders
To help maintain a clean and safe community:
The quarterly HOA assessment is $204.00 and is due on:
Spring Inspection Follow-Up
The annual Spring Inspection was completed in May.
If you received a violation notice, please complete the required corrections as soon as possible and notify management once the work is complete. If you have questions regarding a violation, please contact management for assistance.
A reinspection of the community will be conducted in early June. Violations that are not resolved are subject to fines.
Lawn and Landscape Maintenance
Residents are reminded to maintain their lots in a neat and attractive condition by:

- Speeding is not permitted within the community.
- Excessive vehicle noise, including loud exhaust systems and revving engines, is prohibited.
- Residents who witness speeding, reckless driving, or other traffic violations should report the incident directly to the Prince William County Police Department.

- Pet owners are required to immediately pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.

- Edging along sidewalks and driveways
- Removing weeds from lawns and landscape beds
- Keeping landscape beds maintained
- Elevating tree branches over sidewalks and walkways
- Ensuring grass clippings are not blown into streets, gutters, or storm drains

Social Committee
Neighborhood Watch / Safety Committee
Additional committees may be formed based on community interest and need.
