Newport Estates Homeowners,
Our annual meeting will be held on October 23rd, 2024. This year our meeting will in person, our first since before COVID. This will give you an opportunity to socialize with other residents as well as discuss our business in person. Look for more details in the mail. Shortly (if not already) you will receive a Call for Candidates letter and a board of director nomination form. This year all five board members are up for election We should only have one board member up for election in any given year. Since we have not had quorum in several (over 5) years board members have been appointed. It is important that we have your participation. Please consider submitting a nomination form for a member of the board. As a member of the board you have the means to directly support our community. Look for further updates as we get closer to the annual meeting. We sincerely look forward to meeting with all of you soon.
